The houses of Castello di Gello are surrounded by a beautiful valley next to the Casentino Forest nature reserve. The Corsalone river meanders alongside the village and gives a different view every 100m. A pool, bar, and communal outside kitchen will be part of the development. Also Castello will have a washroom with a washing machine and dryer for guests and owners to use during their stay. There are also E-bikes for use at Castello.
A new stunishing pool will be created for the Castello guests.
A joint outdoor kitchen will be built in the Castello area. Here you can organise a family-bbq or with your new Novanta friends! And enjoy the Tuscan sunset with your favorite cocktail.
Borgo means Medieval hamlet, mountain village in Latin. The Borgo was home to many farming families who lovingly toiled the surrounding land by hand. These abandonded houses and ruins are now yet to be renovated and revived.
On top of the hill is where the Novanta Hotel is situated. The beautiful Novanta infinity pool overlooking the valley, outside spaces and Hounesty Bar are at the disposal of the Borgo houseowners.
