The valley

The valley is composed of two villages,

Castello and Borgo di Gello.

Together 300 hectars of land, divided by a lovely stream that runs through the fields. 

The houses of Castello di Gello are surrounded by a beautiful valley next to the Casentino Forest Nature Reserve. A communal pool, bar, and outside kitchen will be part of the development.  Castello will have also a washroom with a washing machine and dryer for guests and owners to use during their stay. There are E-bikes for use at Castello.

the hotel

Novanta is a boutique experience hotel in Tuscany with 18 rooms, a bar and restaurant focused on an international audience. During Autumn, Winter and Spring mostly groups visit Novanta for retreats, events and excursions. In the summer Novanta is the hub of buzzing activities with families enjoying their summer holidays. The hotel, which is situated 500m uphill from Castello will provide the necessary services for Castello and is open year round.
