The Project

Two abandoned villages in a valley immersed in the green and unspoiled hills of Tuscany. Our goal is to bring life back to these ancient villages and restore its buildings to their former glory, with a Novanta twist of course!

Great investment

The renovated and yet to be renovated houses will be for sale including an interesting rental construction in collaboration with the Novanta Hotel, situated on the hill of Borgo di Gello.

Sustainability

By reusing old materials and renovate the historic buildings we will create 15 cottages and villas with private terraces and gardens facing towards our beautiful valley. Boasting a large pool, outside bar, and communal outside spaces, we plan to re-awaken these sleepy villages and revive a lost community.

With a focus on fossil fuel independence, and food production, along with organic agriculture, these villages will once again play a role in the Casentino Valley.

Be part of the revival

We restructure old farmhouses and barns, rebuild pathways and terraces, plant fruit trees and revive the gardens to fill these ancient villages with life once again.

You own your beautiful Tuscan home and get a return on your investment, while we manage the property, clean it, maintain the buildings and gardens, market and rent it out as part of our Novanta Experience Hotel!

Meet the faces

Under the umbrella of Next Level Hospitality (NLH), Novanta Houses is an initiative of the three dutch founders of the Novanta Hotel in Borgo di Gello. These bon vivants have an excellent nose for making the Italian dream accessible based on a sustainable and off the grid philosophy.
